FTM - Rollback required at interface level as opposed to the application level

ROLLBACK_ON_INMAP_ABORT setting doesn't provide the flexibility of setting the rollback behaviour on a per-interface basis.
Before PMR 47661,001,866, we were able to raise the E_MpInMappingAborted event when the mapping result was set to abort, while rolling-back the UOW when the mapper was raising an exception.
Currently, the UOW is getting rolled-back in both cases. We would like to have a certain level of flexibility while setting the roll-back behaviour (e.g. doing it at the interface level as opposed to the application level)
