Build UI in FTM to connect to EWS like CXCTool

EWS offers a tool called CXC tool in lower environment to imitate a few actions of the Network Operator. Some classic examples where we need to reach out to EWS in Production are when payments need forced failed, or where payments get stuck in sent status and need to be moved to 'Delivered' status.
The ask is for FTM to build a UI like CXCTool to allow FIs to connect with EWS.

    IBM team,

this was discussed with Craig Rector during the user forum in Portland, OR. Other FIs found it useful to have this embedded with the FTM code. Has this been taken up by IBM for review? This becomes more required, with the whole restricted token mandate from EWS.

    Please let us know. Thanks.
