When a workflow Alert Node sends out messages, the "Subject" field does not have the ability to include parameters in it. It is a static line of text. Additionally, the “From” field Shows a name of "System Administrator", so there is no trace of the payee information there either. So unless the message is opened, there is no way for an Administrator to know anything about the payee it pertains to. We would like the ability to parameterize the Subject field so that we may include information that will be useful in allowing the admin to route or triage the messages. Information like the payee name, their location, and their business unit are examples of fields that would help this process.
