Workflow: Use time (days) to act on Action Nodes

In workflow, with Action Nodes would like the ability to add rules based on dates. For example, if a workflow hits an action node and it is not responded to within 60 days, have the ability to send an alert to their manager. For 90 days, alert the manager's manager, etc. Need to be able to automatically alert on workflow items that are stuck at the action node.

I picture this being an extra step when adding an Action Node to be able to select the time period (e.g. 60 days) and the node it should go to if it is not acted on (e.g. an alert node)

    This IDEA has been added in ICM 10 new Payee Web workflow.
