Audit Log Tracking of Clean Up/Release Audit Log Operation

ICM currently has the ability to clean/delete/release audit history. This clears all audit log entries up to and including a certain date. The person who performed the clear and the clear action is not recorded, making it impossible to track when the audit log was cleared and by who.

Entries that are generated when the audit log is cleard are therefore requested.
