Allow a Metric to be used in the definition of a subsequent Metric in Calc Wizard

When creating Metrics in Calc Wizard in v9, you can only use functions and arithmetic on fields in your data sources in the calculation. It would be VERY HELPFUL to be able to use other Metrics defined earlier (above this one) in the calculation in the definition of other Metrics in the same calculation. I find myself creating Metric1, then copying the entire thing into Metric2 and adding more calculation steps, then copying the entirety of Metric2 into Metric3 to add even more steps. Being able to reference Metric1 directly as part of the definition of the formula for Metric2 and then reference Metric2 directly in the formula for Metric3 would be very helpful indeed. More than 3 levels of nesting is desired - up to 10 would be nice, or whatever the maximum is for number of metrics in a calc.

Even more important than reordering metrics, but going hand-in-hand with it, is the request above.  Why was this rejected outright?  If you don't think this is valuable, that only proves you have never created calculations for an actual customer or for a demo POC.  This is VERY IMPORTANT and would be extremely useful.  The hoops I have to jump thru to work around this deficiency is extraordinary.  If you don't agree, please seek me out and we can talk about it and I can let you know why I feel so strongly about this.  This being rejected is yet another reason why I have all but given up on these types of "ask for enhancements here" projects with ICM.

Note that this idea was originally submitted under v9, but it would be for v10 today.

several other calc wizard enhancements would certainly score a higher value with our users if you asked them the order in which to implement.  But this one I come across from time to time and would be helpful for sure.

It would probably make sense to have the Prod Mgmt team allow several senior consultants weigh in on what enhancement requests would save them a lot of time during our implementations and weigh them accordingly.  We have several that were marked 'will not implement' yet would certainly improve the UX of the product and allow us to complete implementations much faster.

I am a Sr Consultant, and I see the value of this enhancement request.

This is an important suggestion and is expected of any calculation engine.  I would say that this shouldn't just be in calculations but would be just as valuable in creating calculated columns in presenter.
