OpenPages session should not timeout when user is working on Cognos

Some users have created self-serve report which took more than 1 hour for them and when they try to save the report it fails with Firewall
Security Rejection.

This is happening because of the session time out on OpenPages side. Even though, there is continuous UI activity at Cognos UI, the session time out happens in OpenPages due to no activity on Openpages UI.

This is hugely impacting the Self-Serve capability, as some users had to recreate these reports.
