Adding Existing Sections to the New QuestionnaireTemplate

Our requirement is to do reusability of Section, SubSections and Question templates from the existing Questionnaire templates in the QuestionnaireLibrary.

Consider, I have an Questionnaire template which has 2 sections namely "A" and "B". Similarly, I have another Questionnaire template which has 2 sections namely "C" and "D".

Now, my requirement is to create an new QuestionnaireTemplate which consists of 2 sections namely "A" and "C". But "A" and "C" are already available in my system under 2 different Questionnaire templates.

Now our requirement is, Can I do reuse the existing 2 sections("A", "C") to create an new Questionnaire template?
