Need a condition on grid of related objects, particularly Sibling objects

Today, you can add a Grid of objects with Child or Sibling relationships, however it shows all objects, which is very limiting. Adding a condition (filter rule) that can compare the sibling to the object would be very helpful. Similar filter functionality already exists on the "Associate" Action on a grid, but is not available on the grid itself.

For example, we want to show relationships between Products, which are siblings, in order to show Products that depend on eachother. We would achieve this by using a Resource object as the parent of both Products, and we would have a field on the resource object to indicate which Product was dependent and which product was depended on. Therefore, on the dependent Product X, we would want to show a grid of all Products that Product X depends on, by showing the sibling Products where the name of Product X equals the field on the Resource for the Dependent Product. Without this, the grid of Products on Product X would include both products it depends on and products it is dependent on.
