Using the workflow instances view to terminate workflow instances is not user-friendly. suggest the following improvements:
Allow for search/filter and sort by Object Name and Workflow Version.
If a user selects objects using the checkboxes, then clicks on an object which opens in another tab, and then returns to the workflow instances tab, it should not uncheck all the checkboxes.
When a Workflow Name is selected, only show Stages that are applicable for that workflow
Add a "Restart" button that is equivalent to terminate of the instance + start of the same workflow
Restarting workflows, I'd suggest the following:
The UI allows you to use the checkboxes to select multiple workflows, but does not allow you to start multiple selected workflows; that would be helpful.
Today, you cannot start a second workflow while another workflow is in progress. Suggest that instead it allow them to be added to a queue.
