I like the feature for bulk updates of obligation evaluation fields…eg select the same user for assessing multiple obligation evaluations.
We request the same bulk processing feature for workflow items. For example, in our workflow we have the following basic step:
"Once assessor completes the obligation evaluation, the workflow action sends the evaluation to an approver for review."
At the moment it appears the assessor has to enter each obligation evaluation to trigger this workflow Ie in obligation eval task).
Here, if the assessor has many obligation evals assigned to them, it would be great if they could select all obligation evals (or multi-select the ones they want) and then select the workflow action to send them in bulk, maybe via the compliance theme task view, and the obligation eval grid
